ORDER FULFILMENT

Please allow 3-4 business days for order fulfillment. All orders ship from Florida, USA and orders within USA will ship via USPS. International orders are currently accepted via our Etsy Store ONLY: https://www.etsy.com/shop/MyAnsh

SHIPPING POLICY

Covid Shipping Details

We are noticing an increase in shipping times due to the pandemic. Please allow for an additional week for Domestic shipping.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

All U.S. shipments are sent Priority Mail with tracking number. You may also upgrade to EXPRESS shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
U.S. (priority) - should arrive within 3-5 business days
U.S. (express) - should arrive within 1-2 days

  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

LOST PACKAGE

We have no control over your package once it is in the hands of USPS. You will need to contact USPS, if they make a mistake with your delivery. We cannot issue refunds for undelivered or lost packages. However, please reach us and we will support you in best possible way to reach USPS and find package or file a claim.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction is our priority! We stand behind our work and will repair, at no cost to you, any of our pieces if they don't hold up to normal daily wear. If we can't repair or replace your item to "like new" conditions, we'll be happy to give you a full refund of the purchase price up to 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, we'll be happy to replace the item with an item or items totaling the same price as the returned item. We'll cover the cost of shipping for your return and replacement item(s).
